Our partner PIXO VR aims to bring changes to the current labor market and training approaches by popularizing Mixed Reality (MR) solutions. This fresh approach to employee training provides hands-on experience in risk-free simulated 3D environments. It applies in any industry and can be used to train a new generation of workforce and improve current employee performance.

N-iX Games started cooperation with PIXO VR back in 2018, and since then they’ve been one of our most trusted partners. As of 2024, we have delivered 11 full-cycle MR projects and co-developed over 9 more. Now a large team of Unreal and Unity programmers, game designers, artists, and producers serve as a true extension and a strong technical support of their internal team. 

For this full-cycle project, we developed a fully immersive and interactive VR training program for car service employees.

This comprehensive VR training program is tailored for service employees, focusing on car inspection tasks, analyzing the integrity and operability of mechanisms, and their replacement. The program is divided into three detailed modules:

• Car Battery: In this module, trainees learn to inspect, unplug, and replace accumulators for both hybrid and regular car models.
• Window Lift System: Equipped with a laptop and voltmeter, trainees test if all systems and mechanisms are functioning as intended.
• Windscreen Wiper System: Trainees are taught to inspect the operation condition and replace components of the windscreen wiper system.

Each module incorporates a scoreboard to evaluate the trainee’s performance, ensuring a measurable approach to skill development.

The training program boasts high-quality 3D assets that accurately represent real mechanisms and internal features, providing a realistic and immersive learning experience. Each asset is designed to be fully functional, allowing trainees to interact with and understand the subtleties of car mechanisms.
